Brown's Charters 3 boats are all owned and registered. They are surveyed and inspected by the Bahamian Port Authority on
a yearly basis. All boats are equipped with VHF radios and safety equipment for every passenger.

Island only. Cable Beach areas:take a Taxi into Town, back of The Straw Market, water-front. Also, Cruise-line/Ship area
will be met by boat in Nassau down Town at the back of The Straw Market-waterfront. Easy! Just a 2 minute walk from
your Ship heading west on water-front Wharf (dock).

islands of New Providence are teeming with
game fish of all kinds. Marlin, sailfish,
wahoo, dolphin, king fish, and barracuda
are just to name a few. Some of the deepest
waters in the Atlantic Ocean are right in our
backyard! These deep waters stretch to
within a half mile of the shore. In this area
the ocean floor drops from 100 plus feet to
1000 plus feet, creating a ledge that is
perfect for fishing. We call this "The Edge".
Reef Fishing: In approximately 30 feet of
water. If you prefer light tackle fishing, then
you would enjoy a healthy variety of fish
such as, barracuda, mutton snapper, yellow
tail snapper, jacks, Nassau grouper, rock
fish, and many more. If you have young
children or are looking for more action,this
is the charter for you!
Shark Fishing:(day time only) Once the
anchor is set and the lines are in the water,
it does not take long for the sharks to pick
up the scent. Once you hook-up the battle is
on! Sharks populate the fishing grounds
and feed mostly in the evening hours.
Bottom Fishing: With hand-lines, this
fishing is a true Bahamian style sport.
Depending on what depth of water you
anchor in, you could catch porgies, hinds,
snappers, groupers, jacks, and many others
as well! Of-course,if you prefer, we also
provide spinning tackle for this charter.

crystal clear, different shades of blue
waters, and beautiful coral reefs. Snorkeling
is the best way to view he many different
colours and species of coral that grow
together to form a reef. Our reefs are also
inhabited by many forms of marine life
including: craw-fish, eels, and many
colourful species of fish. Coral reefs take
many years to grow, and are very fragile, so
look, but please don't touch!!!
